Bookings are best arranged over the phone; we have found that this is the preferred method, suiting both our clients and ourselves. We are available for bookings and enquiries from 9 till 4 six days a week. Bookings are important to us but, as a small business, cancelled appointments can be costly for us. If you know you will not be able to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, as there is no charge for cancelled appointments with more than one day’s notice. However, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge to cover our costs. 
If you are running late for your appointment, we will endeavour to fit you in when you arrive. We regret we are only able to do so for up to a maximum of 30 minutes, so that other clients’ appointments run on time. Failure to show in this 30 minute window will be treated as a late cancellation.
